Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Carlisle Naples. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of our property run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete all Work Order requests as assigned by the Maintenance Director.
  • Perform make-ready process of vacant apartments as directed.
  • Work within established expense limits to maintain cost-effective operations.
  • Manage inventory controls to optimize maintenance efficiency.
  • Schedule and complete Preventative Maintenance Program tasks.
  • Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
  • Complete grounds work as directed, including trash pickup, curb and dumpster area cleaning, and landscaping maintenance.
  • Participate in special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Less than high school education or up to one year of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
  • Compliance with local and state regulating bodies.
