Role Summary: We are in search of dedicated construction technicians to enhance our vibrant team. In this role, you will be integral to numerous construction tasks, which encompass interior and exterior painting, drywall work, demolition, flooring installation, and minor stucco repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing detailed interior and exterior painting projects
  • Carrying out drywall installation and repair tasks with precision
  • Conducting demolition activities for various assignments
  • Assisting in minor stucco repair efforts
  • Installing doors, baseboards, casings, and moldings
  • Completing other related handyman duties as required

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the construction field
  • Availability for full-time work
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
