  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer software and technology, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA Degree in Related Field: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as labor relations, industrial relations, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of EMS Industry: In-depth knowledge of the EMS industry and its challenges and opportunities.
