POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a SOC Team Leader, you will oversee the monitoring of various security technologies, including access control systems, video surveillance, and alarm systems, to ensure effective security services and threat mitigation for diverse facilities. Your role involves continuously enhancing the security posture of our clients while identifying, assessing, and responding to incidents.

You will operate from the client’s site, executing a centralized function that employs security protocols and technology to consistently monitor and enhance protection. Your primary responsibilities include preventing unauthorized access, detecting, analyzing, documenting, and responding to incidents. Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required, along with 2 years of relevant training or experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the company.

Familiarity with CCure 9000 software or equivalent systems is a plus.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Reliability is essential.
  • Must meet and maintain applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements.
  • Ability to meet specific skills, certifications, or authorizations required for the role.
  • Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
  • Understanding of supervisory practices and procedures.

  • Familiarity with various security and safety devices and controls.
