Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for partnering with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to motivate the sales team to achieve individual sales goals and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities- Sales Generation: Consistently motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
- Customer Service: Create a customer service-focused environment by exhibiting best practices and coaching associates on clienteling processes and standards.
- Team Development: Coordinate daily activities, ensure compliance with Company Policy & Procedures, and participate in training new associates.
- Operations & Presentation: Comply with Company policies and procedures, perform store opening and closing procedures, and ensure sales floor meets Company Standards.
- 2-3 years of retail sales experience required.
- Proven track record of sales generation and customer service.
- Interest in fashion and trend awareness required.
- Strong computer skills and effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
