Job Overview

AirTech HVAC LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee the service technician team responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the service technician team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of materials and equipment for scheduled jobs.
  • Evaluate staff to determine training requirements and provide on-the-job training and support.
  • Monitor preventative maintenance of vehicles to ensure proper operation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC service and management.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • EPA certification.
  • Knowledge of local codes and general industry standards.
  • Valid driver's license and good DMV record.
  • Ability to adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Ability to read and write English.
