Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to provide top-notch service to our residential customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to residential customers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating and air conditioning systems, including gas/electric split systems, package units, heat pumps, floor and wall furnaces, and ductless mini split systems
  • Inspect and perform repairs and replacements, ensuring all work meets company quality and safety standards
  • Document service performed and recommendations, providing clear and concise communication to customers
  • Keep company vehicle clean, well maintained, and stocked with required equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency
  • Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service
  • Attend weekly training meetings to consistently sharpen skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment
Requirements
  • 3-5 years HVAC service work experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean DMV Record
  • EPA Certification
  • Must Have Own Hand Tools
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to Read and Write English
  • NATE Certification is preferred but not required
