Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide instruction and support to students in a variety of settings, including classrooms and small group settings.

- Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of all learners.

- Stay up-to-date on best practices in special education and implement research-based strategies to support student learning.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Certification or eligibility for certification in special education.
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Master's degree in special education or a related field.
- Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities.
- Knowledge of research-based instructional strategies and technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
