As a key member of our team at Hudson Bay Health and Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in ensuring a pristine and welcoming atmosphere for all residents, visitors, and staff. Your dedication to maintaining the cleanliness of our facility is essential in creating a comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly cleans and disinfects resident rooms, corridors, dining spaces, restrooms, and other common areas within the facility.
  • Utilizes cleaning agents safely and effectively, ensuring proper storage and handling.
  • Labels and disposes of hazardous waste materials in accordance with safety protocols.
  • Maintains consistent punctuality and regular attendance for scheduled shifts.
Additional Duties
  • Completes other assignments as directed by management.
  • Adheres to the standards outlined in the Company's Code of Business Conduct, along with relevant policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Qualifications
  • Ability to read and write at a level suitable for the position.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with residents, their families, and facility personnel.
  • Familiarity with infection control practices.
  • Exhibits patience and courtesy in all interactions.
Education

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

No specific licenses or certifications are required.

Experience

Preferred experience of six months in a long-term care setting.

Note: All personnel at Hudson Bay Health and Rehabilitation must undergo and pass the necessary background checks as mandated by state regulations prior to engaging with residents.
