Position: Sanitation Technician

Compensation:
Starting pay ranges from $17.25 to $17.75, depending on experience, with potential for a $1.00 increase after a designated period. Paid working interviews are conducted at minimum wage. Additional bonus pay options are available based on performance after 30 days of employment.
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill part-time Sanitation Technician roles. These positions offer flexible hours with the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment in the near future. Our company is rapidly expanding within the cleaning and janitorial sector, serving a broad area.
Company Services:
Our services encompass a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to vacant property cleaning, biohazard remediation, pressure washing, hoarding assistance, and comprehensive cleaning of common areas.
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves physical activity, including bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods. Daily tasks will involve the use of standard cleaning chemicals and products.
- Perform deep cleaning of vacant residential properties.
- Assist with hoarding and trash removal.
- Manage supplies and inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces within buildings.
- Provide individualized cleaning services in client areas.
- Participate in outdoor cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Handle animal waste cleanup as required.
Work Environment:
While most tasks are performed indoors, there may be occasions where outdoor cleaning is necessary as we expand our services.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to communicate effectively in English is essential, and a high school diploma or GED is required. Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory.

The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and a strong team player. They should demonstrate initiative in completing tasks without direct supervision and be open to constructive feedback and ongoing training opportunities.
Job Types:
Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
