The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive educational programs for nursing staff, promoting continuous learning and skill enhancement. Key responsibilities include supporting preceptors in orientation programs, leading staff development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Furthermore, this role will involve serving as a liaison between Albany Medical Center and external organizations, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing.
