About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of technical service specialists in delivering exceptional customer experiences and support for Canon's hardware and software technology-based solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team that services and supports specific business system products and services within a territory and/or an assigned account list.
  • Select, hire, train, and develop current and new technical representatives.
  • Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the warehousing process as it relates to merchandise and inventory.
  • Develop and educate the team on new technology in an evolving industry.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in service management, technical expertise, and leadership. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees.
  • Service management experience in the technology industry.
  • Hands-on field technical experience with a vast knowledge of digital and electromechanical technology.
  • Knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Oracle is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, including the desire to develop and lead a team.
  • Excellent time management skills.
