Sales and Marketing Professional

The BD Holt Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. This individual will be responsible for representing machine sales of products in a defined geographic territory with the ultimate goal of sale, lease purchase, or rental of these products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Promote and demonstrate company products efficiently to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and other relevant data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum three years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience, preferably in sales or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle over 10,000 pounds gross vehicle weight.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
