Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Production Specialist - Apparel to join our team. As a Production Specialist - Apparel, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of assigned business areas in our vocational program, The Shops, for Devereux Adult Services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide oversight and management of assigned business area in The Shops (vocational program) for Devereux Adult Services.
- Responsible to research and recommend business enhancements and/or contract opportunities.
- Ensure production work and services are completed in a timely manner, in accordance with contract specifications.
- Serves as a liaison with the community businesses and organizations to market Devereux Industries products and services.
- Prepares program area for the day and work tasks.
- Engage individuals in productive work and/or purposeful training activities and utilizing positive approaches.
- Completing quality control checks, maintain inventory of supplies and re-ordering as needed.
- Completes all documentation and data entry accurately.
- Completes and review client and staff timecards accurately.
- Maintains a safe and efficient environment.
- At least two (2) years' professional experience in specialized area-apparel (silkscreen and embroidery) is required.
- The production specialist should possess either certification or proven work experience in their specialty area.
- A production specialist Apparel should have min. industry experience and should be able to provide a demonstration of their experience (pictures of previous work, etc.) and familiar with apparel equipment and industry standards.
- Previous experience working directly with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses, preferred.
- Must possess and maintain valid driver's license, and be at least 21 years of age.
- Competitive hourly rate of $16.00-$18.24 per hour.
