Job Title: Production Specialist - Apparel

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Production Specialist - Apparel to join our team. As a Production Specialist - Apparel, you will be responsible for providing oversight and management of assigned business areas in The Shops (vocational program) for Devereux Adult Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and management of assigned business areas in The Shops (vocational program) for Devereux Adult Services.
  • Research and recommend business enhancements and/or contract opportunities.
  • Ensure production work and services are completed in a timely manner, in accordance with contract specifications.
  • Serve as a liaison with the community businesses and organizations to market Devereux Industries products and services.
  • Prepare program areas for the day and work tasks.
  • Engage individuals in productive work and/or purposeful training activities and utilizing positive approaches.
  • Complete quality control checks, maintain inventory of supplies and re-ordering as needed.
  • Complete all documentation and data entry accurately.
  • Complete and review client and staff timecards accurately.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Requirements:

  • At least two (2) years' professional experience in specialized area-apparel (silkscreen and embroidery) is required.
  • The production specialist should possess either certification or proven work experience in their specialty area.
  • A production specialist Apparel should have minimum industry experience and should be able to provide a demonstration of their experience (pictures of previous work, etc.) and familiar with apparel equipment and industry standards.
  • Previous experience working directly with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses, preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain valid driver's license, and be at least 21 years of age.
