Culinary Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced culinary professional to join our team as a Lead Cook Trainee. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef in running the kitchen and managing employees, overseeing operations in the absence of the Sous Chef, and ensuring that products are consistently prepared to showcase our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations and supervising employees
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food products to ensure high quality and consistency
- Develop and implement effective training programs for kitchen staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Prep or Line Cook
- Experience leading a team and managing kitchen operations
- Food safety and quality assurance knowledge
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts (preferred)
