Ambulatory Care RN Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Assistant Manager Ambulatory Care RN, Family Medicine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations and patient care activities in our ambulatory care department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, with experience in ambulatory care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for supervising staff, implementing quality service standards, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Essential Responsibilities:- Supervise daily operations and service delivery.
- Ensure staff provides high-quality care and adheres to regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain patient care and quality service standards.
- Act as patient advocate and resolve patient care issues.
- Recommend and implement processes to improve systems and patient care results.
- Assist in developing and monitoring budgets and resource allocations.
- Monitor financial performance and identify strategies to reduce costs and improve quality of care.
- Determine staff mix and develop processes to screen, interview, hire, train, and maintain competency of department staff.
- Supervise implementation of policies and procedures to support organizational goals and business objectives.
- Minimum two years of experience in ambulatory care or relevant clinical experience.
- OR two years in a healthcare leadership capacity.
- OR completion of Kaiser Permanente Southern California Postgraduate Fellowship in Health Care Administration.
- Knowledge of Nurse Practice Act, TJC, and other local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
- Clinical specialization in area of practice.
- Ambulatory Care Nursing leadership experience.
- Two-year commitment to department.
