Direct Operations Case Coordinator

ICF International Inc is seeking a highly skilled Direct Operations Case Coordinator to lead a team of Case Coordinators working directly with care provider staff and federal staff to make recommendations for the release and/or transfer of unaccompanied children. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child welfare best practices and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure appropriate Case Coordinator coverage at all provider sites within their assigned geographical area.
- Provide an excellent level of supervision and operational oversight of assigned Case Coordinator team.
- Provide guidance and technical assistance related to Case Coordinator duties and ensure all related tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with program policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site visits at provider sites as part of Case Coordinator oversight.
- Service as the primary point of contact for government and care provider staff at care provider sites in geographic area of assignment.
- Elevate operational concerns to ICF project leadership.
- Master's degree in social work or a social science related discipline and 5+ years of demonstrated post-graduate child welfare, case management, social service, and/or mental health professional experience.
- 1+ year of supervisory experience.
- 1+ year experience demonstrated ability to review case files and assess/document information from a variety of sources.
- English/Spanish bilingual.
- Tier 2 Security Clearance or the ability to secure such clearance.
- Knowledge of migrant/refugee issues, particularly related to UC and sponsor families and the processes/documentation required for sponsor release.
- 3+ experience working with immigrant youth and families is highly preferred.
- Education and/or experience in the application of race equity, diversity, and inclusion of social justice strategies in human service settings.
- Working knowledge of challenges related to unaccompanied children's placement and release and post-release services.
- Ability to promote and contribute to an equitable and inclusive organizational culture and environment.
- Solid team player with proven ability to manage competing priorities, perspectives and stakeholder needs.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a focus on TA project management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$64, $109,264.00
