Responsibilities
">The Front Desk Agent is responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. These tasks include:
  1. Maintaining complete knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
  2. Maintaining complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
  3. Anticipating guests' needs, responding promptly, and acknowledging all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
  4. Resolving guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  5. Maintaining positive guest relations at all times.
  6. Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.

In addition, the Front Desk Agent will be responsible for checking-in/checking-out hotel guests, processing payments, and providing information and assistance to all guests and visitors.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 per year. This salary is based on industry standards and takes into account the cost of living in the area.
