We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Cantex, a healthcare organization committed to delivering exceptional patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in overseeing the provision of patient care services, observing and assessing patient conditions, and documenting relevant information.

Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending physicians.
- Document patient information, including assessment, evaluation, and change of condition, in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians' orders, evaluating and implementing patient care plans.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.
