About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the restaurant, including floors, windows, and equipment.
  • Perform daily tasks such as filtering oil fryers, maintaining outside grounds, and cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment and supplies.
