Job Title: Accounting Reconciliation Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Reconciliation Supervisor to join our team at Presbyterian Medical Services. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Accounts Receivable Specialists and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of Accounts Receivable Specialists responsible for accounts receivable follow-up, third-party payer and patient collections, patient and payer telephone inquiries, and incoming correspondence.
Perform a variety of accounts receivable tasks with a focus on aged accounts, payer discrepancies, and disputed claims.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Five years of healthcare cash posting, billing, third-party follow-up, and collections experience required; or a combination of education and/or experience in business or related field totaling five years.
One year of supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of automated business applications, including word-processing, spreadsheet, and data base management applications required.
Data entry experience and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurance preferred.
