Seafood Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Seafood Team Lead to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our seafood department, you will be responsible for assisting the Team Leader in all aspects of daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects. You will also be responsible for leading and developing Team Members, ensuring a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Team Leader: Assist the Team Leader in all aspects of daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects.
- Lead and Develop Team Members: Lead and develop Team Members, ensuring a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members at all times.
- Develop Creative Store Layout and Product Merchandising: Develop and maintain creative store layout and product merchandising.
- Work with Team Leader to Achieve Sales, Purchasing, and Labor Targets: Work with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
- Assist Team Leader in Analysis of Sales, Reports, and Labor: Assist the Team Leader in analysis of sales, reports, and labor.
- Assist Team Leader in Annual Sales and Expense Projections and Budget Preparation: Assist the Team Leader in annual sales and expense projections and budget preparation.
