Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team as a Post-Production Support Specialist. This role will provide technical support for a wide range of production systems used by our teams to edit work across diverse styles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day production support to the studio as required.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment associated with various post-production workflows.
  • Ensure a stable and fully functional production environment infrastructure is maintained.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of the server storage systems, networks, and file processing/delivery systems.
  • Implement efficient workflow and pipeline design for post-production services with an emphasis on functionality, usability, and security.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience (5 years minimum) in a similar production environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and a passion for technology relating to media and post-production technologies.
  • Experience supporting editorial systems and workflows.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience of various media file formats, network fundamentals, and systems administration practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure architecture.
  • Intermediate Source control understanding.
  • Intermediate Linux and Windows system administration.
  • Basic Knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins automation).
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare options, 401(k) savings plan, and tuition reimbursement.
