Product Marketers at Patch are crucial in defining our market presence.
We seamlessly transition between high-level strategic planning and the intricate details of execution to ensure alignment and optimization of our product, marketing, and sales initiatives to meet customer needs.
We are seeking a Product Marketing Lead who will elevate Patch's sales enablement efforts, empowering our expanding Go to Market Team to amplify climate impact in a fast-changing market.
This individual will also be responsible for designing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products and services.The Product Marketing Lead will collaborate with a small team of seasoned product marketers across Marketing, Product, GTM, and Policy to advance our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a top-tier sales enablement program, ensuring the Go to Market team is equipped with clear messaging, effective playbooks, and high-quality materials.
Serve as the Product Marketing lead for sales enablement initiatives, collaborating with GTM Leads and Operations peers to drive adoption and assess the program's success.
Create go-to-market strategies for Patch's products, services, and customer segments, working cross-functionally to bring these strategies to fruition.Formulate positioning and messaging based on market insights, customer research, and an understanding of climate and product dynamics. Gain a deep understanding of our ideal customer profiles to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies.
Identify and craft compelling customer narratives that showcase our offerings and motivate more companies to engage in climate action.
Work closely with experienced professionals in the climate and technology sectors across Marketing, Product, Policy, and Go to Market teams.Who You Are:
A seasoned expert. You possess over 5 years of experience in product marketing and/or sales enablement roles.
You have a proven track record of driving successful product launches, campaigns, enablement programs, and strategic development in a high-growth B2B Marketplace or SaaS environment.
A sales team ally.You understand how to distill key messages and tools for a busy sales team while creating feedback mechanisms that ensure marketing content aligns with market realities.
A skilled storyteller.You excel at synthesizing extensive information into essential points and transforming it into actionable narratives.
A dedicated builder. You are persistent, resourceful, and adaptable, with a high adversity quotient and a commitment to lifelong learning.An attentive listener. You excel at understanding and empathizing with customer challenges, crafting compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.
An optimistic advocate. You are passionate about climate initiatives and believe in your ability to drive change.
You are open to working from the Hayes Valley office in San Francisco, California, a few days each week.
