We are seeking a skilled Digital Print Specialist to join our team at Vestcom. The ideal candidate will have experience with digital laser printers and possess strong troubleshooting skills.

We are a standalone business unit of Avery Dennison, a Fortune 500 leader in materials science and packaging materials.
This position requires standing over 2/3 of the time on a daily basis, lifting up to 50 lbs., and close vision (at 20 inches or less) and color vision for quality control standards.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Setting up, adjusting, operating, and troubleshooting digital laser printers.
- Minimizing waste or misuse of raw materials.
- Performing laser print functions by following daily job schedules.
- Completing different tasks on multiple printers within the assigned shift.
- Keeping the work order system up-to-date at all times.
- Ensuring quality standards for laser print and finished labels are being met.
- Helping the other members of the team meet production deadlines.
- Placing service calls with Xerox for the DP135 and 5252 printers.
- Keeping accurate records of jobs printed within the log book on the printer.
- Performing distribution functions when needed.
- Maintaining the inventory levels of preprint items within the production area.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- 2 years' previous laser print experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Prior experience with and certification for Xerox iGen digital printers and/or Xerox DP series printers.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
