Job Description

As a Personal Lines Account Manager at Acrisure LLC, you will be responsible for managing a book of business at an independent insurance agency. You will work with agency management software, communicate effectively with clients, and be familiar with comparative raters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the renewal process, obtaining quotes, creating proposals, and preparing applications.
  • Issue auto ID cards and certificates of insurance.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance coverages.
  • Provide inside service, including quoting and writing business for new and existing accounts.
  • Handle and oversee account renewals, remarkets, endorsements, billing, and claims.
  • Review accounts for current, accurate coverage and cross-selling.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients.
  • Answer calls and email inquiries and perform insurance-related functions.
  • Maintain account files and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit policy change requests.
  • Market insurance products.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or recognized equivalent.
  • 2+ years of related insurance P&C insurance experience.
  • P&C insurance license.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and EPIC.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members.
  • Ability to learn and comprehend multiple carrier/underwriting guidelines.
  • Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior, and effort to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.

This is a hybrid role (2-3 days in the office). Locations considered would be Tracy, Ontario, or Los Alamitos.

Pay Details:

Annual Salary: $45,000 - $54,000
