Position Overview
We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our nursing team as Resident Assistants/Caregivers. In this role, you will significantly impact the lives of our residents by providing assistance with their daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social interactions, and meal services.
- Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, responding appropriately to their needs.
- Document completed tasks, including daily shift reports, resident records, and service agreements.
- Communicate confidentially and clearly with other staff regarding urgent needs and concerns.
- Manage assigned tasks effectively within the scheduled shift.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications
While previous experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not mandatory. We value dedication and a compassionate approach to caregiving.
