The Customer Service Store Supervisor at ARC3 Gases is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring operational efficiency through effective management of store activities. This role requires a strong understanding of welding and gas products, as well as proficiency with office equipment and computer systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
    • Customer Focus: Ensure exceptional customer service and responsiveness through effective management of customer interactions.
    • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to orders, sales, services, billing, technical support, and product discrepancies.
  • Store Operations:
    • Daily Operations: Manage daily store activities, including opening and closing, balancing cash drawers, and handling administrative tasks.
    • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory accuracy by overseeing receiving, stocking, and transferring goods.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop inside sales staff and route drivers to ensure a high-performing local team that delivers results.
    • Training Programs: Provide training and development opportunities, ensuring employees are well-versed in products, customer service standards, and safety protocols.

This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle heavy materials and operate machinery such as forklifts and lift gates.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
