We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Team Member to join our team on a weekend shift. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various metal fabricating machines to cut, bend, straighten, and form metal plates, sheets, and structural shapes according to blueprints and specifications.

This is a 12-hour shift position, working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with an option for overtime. As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate metal fabrication machines to ensure precision machining operations
  • Monitor and verify finished parts conform to engineering drawings and quality standards
  • Perform general machine maintenance and ensure adherence to safety procedures
  • Lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds of materials to assist in production

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in metal fabrication machining, assembly, and/or high-volume manufacturing
  • Working knowledge of Metric and English measurement systems
  • Ability to read a tape measure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to use micrometers, calipers, attribute/variable gages, and hand tools
  • Experience using or knowledge of Lean manufacturing and/or ISO9001 methodologies, processes, or tools
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
