Job Summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, coordinating service needs, and collaborating with community partners to provide high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor clinical staff to ensure delivery of excellent care
Coordinate service needs and develop treatment plans with clients and their families
Collaborate with community partners to ensure seamless care transitions
Assist with recruitment, screening, and hiring of clinical staff
Participate in program development and implementation

Requirements

Licensed mental health professional (LCSW, MFT, LPCC) from the state of operation
One year supervisory experience or supervisory training within six months of employment
Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
