Job Summary

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to children and families, developing and implementing therapeutic treatment plans to promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize a trauma-informed approach when working with children and their families.
  • Provide individual and/or family therapy, formulate diagnoses, and complete clinical assessments and treatment plans.
  • Acquire and apply up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based interventions and methodologies.
  • Administer measures such as the GAD-7 and PHQ-9 and utilize results to inform treatment.
  • Utilize the Whole Person Care model when treatment planning to maximize client empowerment.
  • Comply with all HIPAA and SCCS confidentiality standards.
  • Adhere to all relevant standards and regulations for productivity, timeliness, and documentation.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with outside agencies to ensure clients' treatment goals are met and in compliance with court-orders.
  • Attend all required meetings, such as Children and Family Team meetings.
  • Effectively collaborate with the program's multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and cohesive care.
  • Skillfully manage crisis situations and utilize de-escalation techniques as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.
  • 1+ years' experience in report writing, assessment/diagnostic skills, group and family therapy skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PsyD/PhD/LCSW/LMFT preferred.
  • Valid CA driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
  • Completion of CPR/First Aid within the first thirty (30) days of employment.
Salary and Benefits

Clinician Tier I: Masters Degree with less than 1500 hours - $66,560-$71,920

Clinician Tier II: Masters Degree with 1500 Hours completed - $71,920-$77,280

Clinician Tier III: 1 Year Post License - $77,280-$82,640

Clinician Tier IV: 2 Years post License - $82,640-$88,000

*Bonuses available per hour milestones*
