Job Title: Home Health RN

Interim HealthCare is seeking a dynamic Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Home Health RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled RN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Home Health RN, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their healthcare needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by the physician.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in SC or compact license.
  • 2 years' experience as a nurse with 1 year of experience in home health.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of workplace software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
  • $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 DOE.
  • Weekly pay.
