We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at HiFyve. As a key member of our industrial services team, you will be responsible for leading all maintenance activities at our facilities, ensuring the optimal functionality and reliability of our production and facility equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Reports directly to the Plant Manager and leads a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
- Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Develops and implements maintenance plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure the efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Oversees the maintenance and repair of all production and facility equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Safety and Compliance: Develops and implements safety processes and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Facilities Management: Manages the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, including buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepares and presents regular maintenance reports to management, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or military, with a minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, repair, and replacement, including wiring, electrical, electronic components, pipe systems, and plumbing. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet. Ability to read maintenance literature, blueprints, and schedules. Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Boiler Knowledge: Experience with boiler operation and maintenance.
- HVAC Experience: Experience with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Welding Experience: Ability to perform welding activities, including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing.
- Reliability Certification: Possession of a reliability certification, such as CPMM or CRMP.
