We seek an individual who is deeply committed to quality assurance. In the role of Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you will perform requirement analysis, establish test strategies, and design manual testing procedures.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to identify and test critical features of our products. You will engage in development design discussions and provide quality-focused feedback. Additionally, you will promote best quality practices across teams, including offshore collaborations. A key aspect of your role will involve designing and developing Manual Test Cases for all components of the solution (both front-end and back-end), including integration with Aptos retail products. Moreover, you will participate in the automation of test cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop test strategies and plans to ensure product quality.
  • Create, maintain, and execute test cases, including functional, regression, and integration tests.
  • Automate regression test cases using test automation tools.
  • Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of the QA process.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of complex issues and collaborate with the development team to resolve them.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Computer Science, Engineering).
  • 3+ years of experience in Automated (60% of role) and some Manual (30% of role) testing of web applications, mobile apps, and APIs.
  • 2+ years of experience in the Retail domain; this experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with common test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appian, or other competitive tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by a proactive approach to knowledge sharing.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is between $72,000 and $99,000, plus an Annual Incentive Bonus. Starting salary may vary based on various factors, including the position, location, education, training, and experience.

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including a base salary determined by the role, experience, skill set, and location. For eligible roles, discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
