  • Demonstrate technical expertise, work quality, and adherence to professional and firm standards

  • Develop technical skills through firm training courses
Requirements:
  • Meets all requirements to sit for the CPA exam
  • CPA certification is preferred
  • 4+ years of public accounting experience with a progression in complexity of tax returns
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize a heavy workload and remain organized
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
