About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate mental health professional to join our team in Durham, NC. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build Strong Relationships - Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers.
  • Comprehensive Assessment - Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders.
  • Evidence-Based Treatment - Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods.
  • Monitoring and Documentation - Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree - Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
  • Licensure - Clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW or LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
