We are seeking a seasoned Civil Structural Engineer with a specialization in steel structures to join our dynamic team at Randstad. This is a direct hire role that offers relocation assistance and a competitive salary of $100,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and adhere to project scopes and budgets.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations and objectives with both internal staff and clients.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and prepare comprehensive structure condition reports.
  • Interpret specifications and drawings, propose and document design modifications, and coordinate seamlessly with the design team.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Checks on all projects to uphold Chastain's commitment to delivering superior service to our clients.
  • Provide oversight and mentorship to staff while also offering project support to other departments within Chastain.
