Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate Practice Managers to achieve our purpose and growth goals
  • Ensure exceptional patient service and satisfaction
  • Evaluate operating and financial performance to identify areas for improvement and propose changes to the Practice Support Center
  • Develop and implement plans to close performance gaps and drive growth
  • Support the growth of our hygiene program through regular audits and perio opportunity identification
  • Oversee operations to ensure alignment with business objectives and performance measurements
  • Ensure team compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
  • Assess practice-level operations through chart reviews and key performance metric analysis, reporting recommendations to the Leadership Team

Requirements:

  • Dental operations experience and multi-site dental office management required
  • Minimum of 8 years of working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology; 5 years of active practice management; minimum of five years of leading a team and or progressive career growth
  • Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare management or a related field from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
