Job Title: Therapist - Outpatient Clinic

Job Summary:

The Outpatient Therapist is a vital member of our treatment team, responsible for providing high-quality psychotherapy services to clients. As a licensed therapist, you will work closely with individuals and families to diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders, applying evidence-based psychotherapeutic theories and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, documenting each session as part of the client's treatment plan.
  • Develop and track attainment of IOP or PHP goals and objectives, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care.
  • Lead psycho-educational, family therapy, and process groups, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Conduct initial treatment planning, assessing client needs and coordinating additional services as necessary.
  • Perform clinical assessments, referring clients to inpatient units or other programs as needed.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure seamless transitions and effective care.
  • May perform case management, discharge, or aftercare planning, ensuring clients receive ongoing support.

Requirements:

  • LCSW or LPC licensing preferred, with a level one Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
  • At least one year of experience providing chemical dependency and/or mental health treatment.
