Job Description

As a Citizens Bank Teller, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in our lobbies and provide personalized advice and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Demonstrate how to use our mobile app and ATMs to complete simple transactions.
  • Create amazing experiences for our customers by looking for opportunities to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Meet quarterly referral goals and confidently cash checks, process withdrawals and deposits.
  • Follow all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling, state and local laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High School degree or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
  • Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
  • Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
  • Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
  • Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
  • Completion of a video interview assessment as part of the application.
