Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with registered nurses to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist registered nurses in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of South Dakota.
  • Post-high school completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
  • Previous hospital experience, critical care experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule
