Maintenance Planner Controller

Overview:
The Maintenance Planner Controller plays a critical role in the management of asset and equipment maintenance systems, ensuring the efficient execution of routine and planned maintenance activities. This position is responsible for coordinating resources, generating maintenance schedules, and supporting maintenance teams in executing planned maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain accurate maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and minimizing downtime.
- Resource Allocation: Assign resources to maintenance tasks, considering factors such as skill sets, availability, and workload.
- Maintenance Execution: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth execution of planned maintenance activities, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze maintenance data to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including maintenance teams, production personnel, and management, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of maintenance activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance maintenance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, maintenance management, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, maintenance management software, and data analysis tools; strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
