Job Overview

Elevate Energy Partners is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules.
  • Take initiative to resolve customer issues and demonstrate a "can-do" mindset in challenging situations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
  • Lead a team of Junior Customer Service Representatives and provide guidance and support.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field, such as hospitality.
  • Ability to learn and apply product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
