Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Physicians East. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical practice, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care and administrative services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of administrative staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure fiscal responsibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including insurance companies and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our practice remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare administration or management role.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and managing teams, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, and managing budgets and financial resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with physicians, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
