Clinical Supervisor for Multisystemic Therapy Programs

At Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare, we are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor for Multisystemic Therapy (MST) programs. This role is essential in enhancing the skills of therapists and fostering meaningful change within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical and administrative functions for 1-2 MST teams, each consisting of 2-4 therapists.
  • Facilitate weekly group supervision and training sessions to ensure adherence to MST principles and enhance clinician competencies.
  • Provide individualized supervision to address specific clinician needs and support effective MST treatment implementation.
  • Ensure 24/7 availability of clinical and administrative support for clinicians.
  • Engage with community stakeholders and collaborate with the provider agency to enhance service delivery.
  • Work closely with MST Experts to refine program implementation and continuously develop clinical skills.
  • Manage and analyze data related to clinical outcomes and program practices.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in a behavioral science field.
  • Licensed as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred and compensated at a higher salary.
  • Extensive clinical experience in addressing serious antisocial behavior in youth.
  • Proficient in structural, strategic, and functional family therapies.
  • Experience in individual therapy with adolescents and adults utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques.
  • Knowledge of marital therapy using behaviorally-based approaches.
  • Expertise in behavioral therapy aimed at improving school behavior and academic performance.
  • Ability to implement interventions within the youth's natural environment.
  • Experience in providing group and individual clinical supervision.
  • Leadership experience, including hiring and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborative training with external agencies.
