Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations to diagnose speech and language challenges in elementary-aged children.
- Design and execute personalized therapy programs aimed at achieving specific speech and language objectives.
- Work collaboratively with educators, caregivers, and other specialists to foster a nurturing educational atmosphere.
- Deliver direct therapy services and offer consultative guidance to improve communication abilities in classroom contexts.
- Track and record student advancements, modifying intervention techniques as necessary.
- Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) discussions.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Current state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience in educational settings is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to submit their applications.
