The successful candidate will be responsible for providing and supervising treatment services to patients and their families, while ensuring the highest level of quality and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide clinical supervision and training to new employees, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality care to patients.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and oversee treatment plans for patients, utilizing evidence-based therapies and clinical experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop a master treatment plan and ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all clinical activities and interventions are properly documented and up-to-date, and that patients' progress is regularly reviewed and evaluated.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions to increase knowledge and skills among staff, and participate in treatment planning and staff meetings.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in psychology or social work required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of direct patient care experience, with a strong background in healthcare and inpatient or residential treatment settings.
  • Certification: LCSW-S certification required, with current certification in good standing.
