Memory Care Support Specialist

Days: 7 AM - 7 PM
As a vital member of our team at Goodworks Unlimited, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing assistance to residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
- Fostering social interactions among residents to enhance their quality of life.
- Supporting the activity program by conducting engaging activities as directed by the Activity Director or supervisor.
- Monitoring the health, safety, and overall well-being of residents.
- Documenting residents' functional status and condition accurately in the designated records.
- Delivering hands-on support and maintaining a watchful eye on residents.
- Ensuring a safe environment for all residents.
- Reporting any changes or concerns regarding residents' health to the Director of Nursing and/or on-duty nurse.
- Keeping accurate records of residents' meal intake, output, and bathing activities.
- Assisting with personal laundry for residents.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Participating in monthly meetings and reviewing all relevant resident information in staff communication logs, daily progress notes, and flow sheets.
- Completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
