Role Summary:
The Facilities Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing maintenance projects, requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience with food processing machinery is essential.
  • Familiarity with facility-related projects is advantageous.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for plant operations through effective project management.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation.
  • Facilitate project approvals through presentations.
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure project success.
  • Assist with installations during project execution.
  • Identify and tag new equipment as assets.
  • Support the plant with necessary equipment assistance.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for equipment failures.
  • Assist in sourcing equipment details and technical drawings.
  • Deliver plant layout designs as required.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years in a relevant role is required.
